Abstract: 

Background and aim: one of the important factors for citizens' cooperation with the police lies in the social capital of the police, which improves the legitimacy and trust of citizens in the police; Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the social capital of the police and the general Willingness to Cooperate with the prevention police of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in nature, which was conducted using thematic analysis method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview with eighteen experts who were selected purposefully. Interviews continued until theoretical saturation. For validation, two strategies of external review and pluralism were used.Results: Based on the findings of the research, three main themes and eleven sub-themes were obtained, and the main themes of citizens' interaction with the police based on social capital are: trust between the police and the people (capacity building for people's participation, voluntary activities of the police, social interaction and use of social networks), fairness in police behavior (police honesty, behavioral justice, legalism and ethical standards) and police empowerment (employee capacity building, police competence, police socialization), which causes the desire of citizens to Cooperate with the police for prevention and ultimately improvement of performance.Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the prevention police, as the largest police unit, needs to interact with citizens to achieve its goals, and by using the themes of trust, fairness and empowerment, interaction and cooperation with the police can be achieved.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of analyzing the sincere apology and Willingness to Cooperate on conflict at work with the mediating role of forgiveness and moderating role of empathy after conflict. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the employees of companies located in Kerman No. 2 Industrial Park. Using cluster sampling from 172 clusters, 28 clusters were selected from each cluster by proportional method sampling. Totally 280 persons were selected as sample. The partial least squares method was used for data analysis and structural equation modeling was applied to measure the relationships between research variables. Goodness of fit for both parts of the data algorithm showed the utility and acceptability of the questionnaires and latent structure at the level of indicators and questions. The results indicated the effect of sincere apology and Willingness to Cooperate on workplace conflict both directly and indirectly through the mediating role of forgiveness. The results also confirmed the moderating role of empathy in such a way that empathy among employees reinforces the effect of sincere apology and Willingness to Cooperate in reducing organizational conflict.

Abstract: 

Today, all organizations are somehow exposed to information technology developments, and the effects of information and communication technology application are obvious in all areas of the supply chain. This research examines the effect of cooperation Willingness and technology infrastructure of supply chain partners on information sharing with a case study of dairy factories and using fuzzy inference system. The current quantitative and survey research has been carried out with an applied purpose, and based on the conceptual model considered with qualitative and vague indicators, it has been quantified using fuzzy membership functions, and after applying fuzzy inference, the resulting fuzzy result has been quantitatively de-phased. In the fuzzy analysis of this research, MATLAB software was used, and its inference rules were determined with 28 rules obtained from the opinion of experts. The method of valuing the indicators of each qualitative variable in this research is obtained by using questionnaires approved in reliable researches, based on Cochran's formula, 100 questionnaires were distributed in the manufacturing companies of Shahrekord Industrial Town.

Abstract: 

Background and objective: In some government organizations, especially military ones, problems such as requesting early retirement, resignation and dismissal of employees are the main problems of human resource management that knowing the true root of these problems is necessary and inevitable. This study aims to identify and analyze the dimensions and components of human resource conservation in a qualitative manner. Method: The present study is developmental according to its purpose and qualitative based on the research method. The statistical population of the study includes law enforcement personnel, which is a purposeful selection of a statistical sample of 22 people at the point of theoretical saturation. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview and the interview analysis method is the content analysis method. Findings: The findings of the study showed that the maintenance of police human resources is a multidimensional and complex concept that from the perspective of employees of the organization of 9 sub-codes of physical health, mental health, job satisfaction, satisfaction of managers, satisfaction with the organization, commitment, development opportunities, livelihood And the balance between work and life of employees and the three main themes of employee health, employee satisfaction and employee Willingness to continue working with the organization is formed. Conclusion: From the perspective of the employees of the Human Resources Management Organization, it has a concept beyond paying attention to the physical health of employees and managers' attention to the components of employee satisfaction and Willingness to continue cooperation with the organization can prevent the reduction of human resources.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to draw a structural model of the influence of the impact of entrepreneurial thinking and positive organizational behaviour on collective efficacy with the mediating role of Willingness to Cooperate among the employees of the Technical and Vocational University in West Azerbaijan Province. This research was an applied and descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of the study included 156 employees of the Technical and Vocational University in West Azerbaijan Province. Of the statistical sample, 111 were selected as the sample based on Cochran's formula and classified randomly. Data was collected through a questionnaire and tested using structural equation modelling and SPSS26 and Smart PLS3 software to evaluate the model. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial thinking and positive organizational behaviour have a direct and indirect effect on collective efficacy by mediating Willingness to Cooperate. The presence of entrepreneurial thinking and positive organizational behaviour among employees of the Technical and Vocational University in West Azerbaijan Province can play a determining role in enhancing collective efficacy and employees' Willingness to Cooperate and provide practical information to managers.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Considering increasing sexual risk behaviors such as lack of using condoms and having several sexual partners, identifying factors affecting on it can be useful in the design of preventive interventions for health educators. The aim of this study was to investigate cognitive-emotional determinants of high-risk behaviors among young people using Prototype/Willingness (P/W) Model.Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, non-random sampling was employed to enroll 400 aged 18 to 28 referring to public places. A valid and reliable instrument based on P/W structures wad applied to measure cognitive factors.Results: The results showed that sexual risk behaviors at males (62.7%) are more than females (37.3%). Between sexual risk behaviors and self-control (p<0.001) was found a significant association. Among the P/W theoretical variables, intention (p<0.001) and social norms (p>0.05) were significant and direct predictors of sexual risk behavior in females. None of P/W structures was not significant predictors of sexual risk behaviors in males (p>0.05). In male, the previous experiences of sexual risk behaviors was significant at formation of the prototype (p=0.039) and prototype, also, in creating positive Willingness toward risky sexual behaviors (p=0.004). In addition, at males, attitude toward behavior was significantly associated with behavioral intention (p<0.001), behavioral tendencies (p<0.001) and social norms (p<0.001).Conclusion: According to the findings, subjective norms and intention are the most important influential factors on sexual risk behaviors in females. In males, as well as, previous experiences play an important role in the formation of prototype and their Willingness toward sexual risk behaviors.
